Shipping and Returns Policy

At Veil Case, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping. 

All our products are made to order.

For Australia:

Processing time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: 5–10 business days 

Most orders arrive within 7–12 days total.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note: During busy seasons or for items fulfilled outside Australia, shipping may take a little longer.

International shipping:

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Shipping time:

To US / North America / many international destinations: typically 5–20 business days.

To Europe: (shipping times vary):

  • Standard shipping is typically 5–20 business days, or 3–7 business days (if using DDP in the UK, when available)

  • Express shipping (1–5 business days) is available for some destinations, it will show at checkout if available

Returns policy

Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including cases where customers change their preference regarding design, colour, or style after purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged, or

  • The design differs significantly from the preview shown at the time of purchase.

If you believe your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item showing the problem
